Case studies

Recent charters, real outcomes.

A closer look at how we solve real trips: the constraint, what we did about it, and how it landed. Every one priced honestly, start to finish.

A board meeting that moved up 48 hours

The challenge

A private-equity partner needed to be in San Jose for a board meeting brought forward with two days' notice. Commercial options meant a red-eye connection and a lost working morning.

What we did

We matched the trip to a light-jet empty leg already repositioning south the same afternoon, confirmed the tail with the operator within the hour, and had a car waiting on arrival.

The outcome

Wheels-up the same day at roughly 40% of a full one-way charter.

A family of five, plus the dog

The challenge

A family relocating for the summer needed to fly one-way with three children and a large dog, a non-starter for their preferred commercial cabins, and stressful to coordinate.

What we did

We placed them on a mid-size empty leg with a cabin that welcomed pets, timed to their move-out date, and briefed the crew on the family's needs ahead of departure.

The outcome

One calm, direct flight, kids and dog included, with the full itinerary priced up front.

A production wrap and a next-day location

The challenge

A production wrapped in LA on a Friday night and had to be on location in Vancouver by Saturday midday, nine crew plus equipment cases, on a budget that was already stretched.

What we did

We sourced a midsize charter with the cabin and baggage capacity for the crew and gear, coordinated an early departure slot, and handled the cross-border details end to end.

The outcome

The full crew and kit arrived together with hours to spare before the first setup.

An AOG two hours before departure

The challenge

A client was ready to travel when their scheduled aircraft went AOG with a maintenance fault, grounding the trip two hours before wheels-up and putting a same-day commitment at risk.

What we did

We moved immediately, sourced a comparable aircraft from another operator in our network, and rebooked the passengers onto the recovery lift with minimal change to their schedule.

The outcome

The trip was recovered the same afternoon and the client made their commitment on time.
