The story
SetFlight was founded by Liam, who has spent his career close to the mechanics of private travel. Before SetFlight, he built Sky Access, and that experience left him with a clear conviction: chartering a private flight is far more opaque than it needs to be.
Pricing is hidden behind “please inquire.” Insane markups are buried behind claims of “transparent pricing.” Availability is stale by the time it reaches you. And every year, thousands of empty repositioning legs, aircraft flying somewhere to pick up their next passenger, go completely unused while travelers pay full freight for the same routes.
He started SetFlight to close that gap, and to build it on two things this industry too often forgets: integrity and kindness. Surface the empty legs. Itemize every invoice so customers know exactly what they are paying for. Keep the operator network small and trusted. Treat every traveler, on every trip, the way you would want to be treated.
