Pricing
Honest pricing, itemized on every invoice.
Private aviation has a reputation for opaque pricing. We take the opposite approach: a clear number before you commit, and a fully itemized breakdown on every retail invoice.
A clear number before you commit
Some legs show a price right on the listing; others are priced on request. Either way, you get a real, itemized number before you book, never a vague “please inquire.”
Itemized on every invoice
Every retail invoice breaks out exactly what you're paying for, including our service fee. Nothing is buried or bundled to hide the margin.
No hidden brokerage markup
We don't quietly inflate the aircraft cost. Our fee is stated plainly, so the total you approve is the total you pay.
What's in a price
Every retail invoice is built from the same clear components, so you always know what you're paying for.
- Aircraft and crew for your flight
- Applicable operator fees and taxes
- SetFlight service fee, always shown as its own line
- Coordination of your trip from request to arrival
Common questions
Why are empty legs cheaper?
When an aircraft has to reposition, flying somewhere to collect its next passengers, that leg would otherwise fly empty. Selling it below full charter is a win for everyone, which is why the pricing is so much lower when the timing fits your plans.
Do I need a membership?
No. There's no membership, subscription, or annual fee to browse listings or request a flight. You pay for the trip you take.
Will I always see a price on the listing?
Not always. Some legs are priced right on the listing; others are priced on request. In every case you'll get a complete, itemized total before you commit, and that same breakdown appears on your retail invoice.
